Metamorphosis

The pieces in the Metamorphosis Collection are some of the most complex designs I make.  I think it’s obvious from the designs that each piece of Metamorphosis jewellery is absolutely unique – it would be impossible to replicate any one item. Each is a labour of love, with some pieces taking more than 20 hours to create!

I decided to call this collection Metamorphosis in honour of the first serious statement necklace that I made for myself, my foray into becoming a professional artist:

I’ve paired this show-stopping necklace with jeans and cocktail dresses; and worn it everywhere from weddings to red carpet events.  Every time I wear it, I always receive compliments – it was when a stranger stopped me during rush hour on the New York subway to ask where she could get one that I decided to launch flaurena™.  And the rest, as they say, is history!
